ALFIE “TEDDY BEAR” PARTY

In memoria di Alfie James Evans, Steadfast Onlus organizza, in collaborazione con la famiglia, una raccolta di peluche da portare ai bimbi malati ricoverati in ospedale in Italia.

A tutti i peluche verrà allegata una piccola pergamena che racconterà la storia di Alfie. Riteniamo questo gesto un modo appropriato per far sentire la nostra vicinanza a tanti piccoli malati e anche per avvicinare i loro genitori alla storia di Alfie, in modo che possano prendere ispirazione e coraggio dalla determinazione con la quale la famiglia Evans ha combattuto per tutelare la vita del proprio bimbo.

La distribuzione ai bambini avverrà a fine Settembre.

La data esatta e il nome dell’ospedale prescelto verranno prontamente comunicati non appena definiti. Nel caso in cui il numero di peluche raccolti dovesse superare la quantità necessaria, verranno donati nelle missioni africane in cui Steadfast Onlus è da tempo impegnata.

Attenzione: per motivi igienici, i peluche inviati dovranno essere nuovi e mai utilizzati in quanto dovranno essere donati a bimbi malati.

In memory of Alfie James Evans, Steadfast Onlus is organising, in collaboration with his family, a collection of teddies which will be donated to hospitalised sick children in Italy.

A little label will be tied up to all teddies which will tell Alfie’s story. We believe this to be an appropriate way to bring our closeness to many sick children and also to make their parents aware of the story of Alfie. We think this way to bring them inspiration and courage from the determination of the Evans family to protect the life of their baby.

You can send/post your teddie till the 20th of September

The teddies will be delivered to the children at the end of September.

The exact date and name of the selected hospitals will be promptly announced as soon as they are defined. In the event that the number of the collected teddies will exceed the required amount to cover all children involved, they will be donated to the African missions in which Steadfast Onlus is involved.

Nota Bene: for health and safety reasons, all the teddies must be brand new and never used before as they will be donated to sick children.
